Our EarlyBird special runs from 10 May to 30 June 2026. Get a full conference ticket for R275 (Full price R350).

We’re sorry you won’t be able to join us ☹ Unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund but we do have a suggestion… Why not gift your ticket to a friend? That way someone can enjoy the event in your place ☺

There will be pre-order food options available for Day 1—we’ll share more details closer to the conference.
On Day 2, enjoy a snack and light lunch on us!
Refreshments will also be on sale throughout the conference, so you can grab a coffee or treat whenever you need a pick-me-up.
We’ll be offering two meal options for lunch: a standard meal and a vegetarian option. While we’d love to accommodate everyone, we’re unfortunately unable to meet all dietary needs. If you have specific requirements or restrictions, we recommend bringing a meal that works best for you—we want to make sure you’re comfortable and able to enjoy the day fully.
We’re still working behind the scenes to finalise the programme, but we guarantee that there is something for everyone! Details of our speakers will be released closer to the time.

- Day 2: 09h00 – 16h00
There is no reserved seating. Doors open at 6pm on Day 1 and 8:30am on Day 2.
- Check-in opens one hour before the conference starts.
- Bring your ticket to the conference (please print out the ticket that was emailed to you by Quicket OR have it VISIBLE on your SMARTPHONE).
- Swop your ticket for a wristband at the registration area.
If you’ve forgotten your ticket at home, go to the FLOURISH INFO STATION.
We have plenty of parking available, but we suggest that you come early to avoid the potential frustration of being stuck in a traffic jam.
If you’re unable to organise a babysitter, there is a kids program available for children aged 3 – 12 at conference 2. The cost is R120 per child.
If you are a mom with a new baby or a toddler under 3, we are so glad you are coming to Flourish. We have beautiful mom’s rooms on ground level for easy access, where you can feed, change and care for your baby/toddler while still staying in touch with what is happening in the main auditorium.
If you are someone in need of some extra TLC, we want to make Flourish enjoyable for you! If you are very pregnant, suffer from a severe illness or ailment or require wheelchair or differently-abled access, let us know, and we will do our very best to assist you – contact us at flourish@cityhill.co.za
Recordings of the sessions will be available on our website a month after the conference.
